These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of almaaz.us and to repair, maintenance and field services provided by Almaaz Dental Repair ("Almaaz," "we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide diagnosis, repair, maintenance and related services for dental equipment, both on-site and through mail-in service. Turnaround times and response times shown on our website are typical estimates, not guarantees.
Bench diagnosis is provided free of charge. We will provide an estimate before any billable work begins, and no repair will be performed without your approval. If additional issues are found during the repair, we will contact you before proceeding with work beyond the approved estimate.
Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Equipment may be held until payment is received. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, duties or customs fees unless stated.
We use genuine OEM parts or tested equivalent parts as described in your estimate. Replaced parts are disposed of unless you request their return before the repair begins.
If an estimate is not approved or declined, or a repaired item is not paid for or picked up, within 90 days of our last attempt to contact you, we may treat the equipment as abandoned and dispose of it as permitted by law.
Repairs are covered by our Repair Warranty. Except as stated in that warranty, services are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almaaz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost income or practice downtime. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Almaaz is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by any equipment manufacturer unless expressly stated. Manufacturer names and trademarks are used only to identify equipment we service. Service by an independent provider may affect a manufacturer's warranty; please check your manufacturer's terms.
Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit false requests.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
