Repair Warranty

We stand behind our work. Every repair is tested before it leaves our bench or before our technician leaves your office.

Coverage

• Almaaz Certified Handpiece Rebuilds: 12-month bench warranty on parts and labor.
• Other bench and field repairs: covered for the warranty period stated on your estimate or invoice, on the parts replaced and the labor performed.
• OEM factory rebuilds: covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

What the warranty does not cover

• Damage from misuse, dropping, improper maintenance, or failure to follow lubrication and sterilization instructions
• Normal wear items unless stated otherwise
• Parts or components not replaced or serviced during the repair
• Equipment later opened, modified or repaired by another service provider
• Damage from power surges, water, compressed air contamination or shipping by the customer

How to make a warranty claim

Call us at (312) 292-8622 or submit a repair request and mention your original case or invoice number. If the issue is covered, we will repair it at no charge for parts and labor, and cover return shipping for mail-in warranty repairs.
